Revolutionary changes in Arikera(Maa Ooru)

"For any lasting changes to happen in the country, society has to change in terms of its Behavior, attitudes and values".

Yes... We been Reflecting the Changes from all the Ends.

Few years back, very less people were Literature, Less people were done their Education up to 5th standard. Most of the people worked as a labors in fields. In Arikera we have Govt School Up to 7th Standard only. Now every one knows what the Education & power of Education, all are aware need of Education.

Once upon a time, No people dare to leave the Village for any reason(like studies, Job, Business and so on...). Now It is Proud to say Arikera gutsy guys  spread across the India like Hyderabad, Bengalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Punjab and so on... in fact across the World and they leading their respective positions in their fields.

Desara (Bunny) Special

Sri Maala Malleswara Swamy Temple in Devaragattu Near by Arikera.

This is the only holy place where we can see the People who fight for the god's. Its a Tradition.  Devaragattu  Famous for Dusshera Festival, TUG of war will be between Two Communities for Temple Idols. In Ancient days Moghal Empires started this culture but theme was Different. At that time Empires after them, Devotees of Maal Malleswara swamy protects themselves from the cruel animals in the forest with the Iron wounded sticks and torches (casually called "Elaalu"). Now it Became as TUG of war between two Communities from the surrounded villages. Though it is Devotional place so, every one hearts and souls filled with Maala Malleswara swamy.

Hope fully Tug of war will be vanish very soon.

We believe, now people who participated & participating in this cruel act has been changed. The are awaking, they started thinking, start change from the souls. This system changes with better policies. Society changes better values. We have a bias towards youth based issues as most of communities from this is young.
